Lan Xinhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School (acting as the person in charge), presided over the meeting.  At the meeting, Lan Xinhua conveyed and studied the spirits of documents including Xi Jinping Makes Important Instructions, Emphasizing Persistent Implementation of the Spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee and Promotion of the Regularization and Long-term Effectiveness of Work Style Construction, Summary Meeting of the Central Steering Group and the Central-level Working Team for Study and Education on In-depth Implementation of the Spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee Held, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Holds a Meeting to Earnestly Study and Implement the Important Speeches, Instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the Spirit of Important Central Meetings, 29th Working Committee Meeting of the Provincial Education Work Committee and the Summary Meeting of the Committee/Department on Study and Education for In-depth Implementation of the Spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee Held, and Work Reminder (Issue No. 10) of the Leading Group for Systematic Rectification of Prominent Issues in the Provincial University Sector.

  Lan Xinhua pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the Party Committee of the School and all its subordinate Party branches have earnestly implemented the important instructions of the University Party Committee and higher-level Party organizations regarding the "study and education on in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee". They have adhered to strict standards and a pragmatic orientation, promoted learning, inspection and rectification in an integrated manner. As a result, the ideological defense line for implementing the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee has been continuously consolidated, the atmosphere of abiding by rules and disciplines has become increasingly strong, the relationship between teachers and students has been further strengthened, and remarkable achievements have been made in work style construction.
