Faculty and student Party members collectively watched the film "The Volunteers: To the War," reflecting on the magnificent and arduous years of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, drawing spiritual nourishment for unwavering progress. School Dean Xue Jinchun, Deputy Party Secretary (Acting Secretary) Lan Xinhua, Vice Dean Liu Shumin, and Vice Dean Liu Qiuming attended the event, along with representatives of faculty and student Party members.
At the event, faculty and student Party members sat solemnly and attentively before the screen. As the film's plot unfolded, everyone seemed to transcend time and space, immersing themselves in the war-torn battlefields of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. Through delicate cinematography and grand war scenes, the film vividly portrayed the heroic spirit of the volunteer soldiers who fought courageously and sacrificed fearlessly to protect peace and defend their homeland. Every figure charging forward and every resolute oath deeply resonated with the audience, allowing them to profoundly grasp the noble patriotic sentiments of the volunteer soldiers who were willing to sacrifice their lives for righteousness.
During the screening, many faculty and student Party members were visibly moved, their eyes reddened by the bloody deeds of the volunteer soldiers. Everyone expressed that watching "The Volunteers: To the War" not only allowed them to tangibly appreciate the precious value of peace but also helped each Party member recognize their own responsibilities and missions.
