On the morning of December 5th, in order to further strengthen school enterprise cooperation, broaden student employment channels, promote the integration of industry and education, tap into employment resources, and fully promote higher quality and full employment of our college graduates, our college president Xue Jinchun, deputy president Liu Qiuming, assistant dean and director of the party and government office Chai Zheng, and counselor Fang Yu, visited Jiangxi Tongyou Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection and exchange, and visited enterprises to expand employment opportunities.

Before the symposium, Li Zhenxiang, the person in charge of Tongyou Technology, led a group of visitors from our college to visit the Tongyou Smart Transformation Exhibition Hall and appreciate the beauty of Tongyou Technology's digital technology. Subsequently, all members moved to the conference room to engage in discussions and exchanges on topics such as school enterprise cooperation, technology transfer, talent cultivation, and student employment. Chen Jian, the legal representative and chairman of the company, first introduced the company's development history and industrial achievements, and put forward unique insights on school enterprise cooperation. He believes that school enterprise cooperation should focus on project co construction and research and development, and both parties should work together to improve the quality of talent cultivation and accelerate the transformation of enterprise scientific and technological achievements. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of school enterprise cooperation, the main leaders of Tongyou, Li Zhenxiang, Huang Zhentao, and Lu Ming, put forward new ideas. They believe that Tongyou and our school have significant comprehensive advantages in cooperation, including but not limited to geographical location advantages, policy advantages, etc. Both parties should set up internship and training bases based on projects, jointly explore the path of school enterprise cooperation, achieve collaborative innovation, and win-win development.
Xue Jinchun provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation and student training program of our college, and explored the ideas of school enterprise industry university research cooperation from the perspective of closely building research teams. Liu Qiuming added an introduction to the achievements of our institute in the digital transformation of enterprises and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and proposed ideas and suggestions for promoting the construction of schools and enterprises through the three wheel drive of government, school, and enterprise.
This symposium mainly focused on comprehensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions on school enterprise cooperation, clarifying the path for promoting future school enterprise cooperation work. At the end of the meeting, Xue Jinchun and Chen Jiangong reached a clear consensus on school enterprise cooperation and unanimously decided to work together to promote school enterprise cooperation to a higher level and a wider range of fields.
