By Fan Yaxin (Text) / Luo Wenfeng (Photos) To deepen industry-education integration and support high-quality employment for university students, the School of Software Engineering invited Nanchang Xieda Technology Development Co., Ltd. to host a company presentation on the afternoon of May 21. Lan Xinhua, Deputy Party Secretary (Acting Head) of the School, Chen Shangrong, Founder of Xieda Technology, and Rao Yingzi, Operations Director of Xieda Technology, attended the event. The session took place in Lecture Hall 1 of Teaching Building 1 and was chaired by Yu Shan, the college's employment counselor.
At the outset, Yu Shan introduced the attending leaders, guests, and Xieda Technology, extending a warm welcome to all. Subsequently, Chen Shangrong and Lan Xinhua jointly unveiled a plaque designating the university-enterprise talent cultivation base, marking a significant step forward in their collaborative efforts. Chen Shangrong then provided a comprehensive overview of the company's development history, business domains, technological strengths, industry market dynamics, growth trends, and corporate culture. He emphasized that Xieda Technology consistently upholds an innovative philosophy, is committed to delivering premium services to clients, and has achieved remarkable accomplishments within the industry.
The event concluded with resume submission and written examination sessions. Xieda Technology offered multiple job positions to students, spanning software development, testing, and other specializations. Students participated enthusiastically, demonstrating strong professional competence through their diligent responses.
This promotional event established an efficient platform for university-enterprise collaboration. Moving forward, both parties will deepen industry-academia-research integration to explore seamless connections between talent cultivation, industrial needs, and internship/employment opportunities.
