The meeting took "continuing to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee and constantly strengthening the Party's work style construction" as its theme. At the meeting, Liu Qiuming gave a guided study on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches during his inspection tour in Shanxi, the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches at the 21st collective study session of the Political Bureau of the 20th CPC Central Committee (which he presided over), and the spirit of the congratulatory letter sent by Xi Jinping to the 14th National Committee of the All-China Youth Federation and the 28th National Congress of the All-China Students' Federation; Lan Xinhua gave a guided study on the 15th article in the series of interpretations on "Study and Education for In-depth Implementation of the Spirit of the Eight-Point Regulation of the Central Committee". In the warning education session, Lan Xinhua, in combination with the spirit of the document Notice on Taking the Typical Cases of Statistical Fraud and Deterioration of Political Ecology in Qujing City, Yunnan Province as Negative Teaching Materials for Study and Education, guided all participants to profoundly learn lessons from the negative typical cases. Afterwards, Xue Jinchun, Lan Xinhua, Liu Shumin and Liu Qiuming conducted discussions and exchanges around the content of the warning education, combined with their actual work, and shared their respective understandings and experiences.
At the meeting, the progress of identifying problems in the study and education of the leading group and individuals, as well as the progress of rectification and implementation, was also notified.
At the end of the meeting, Lan Xinhua delivered a summary speech.
